Is your dog a good fit?
Every dog is different, and a great group starts with the right mix of personalities. Before joining the walks, I’ll meet with you and your dog to get to know them—their interactions with other dogs, off-leash comfort, play style, energy level, recall, and anything else that might affect their experience in the group. The goal isn’t to find “perfect” dogs. It’s to make sure each dog is comfortable, happy, safe, and excited to spend time with the other dogs.
The dogs get to run, explore, play, sniff, and just be dogs—together, in a safe and carefully managed environment. Good dogs deserve a good dog day. Every new dog starts with a meet and greet at the park alongside the group, so we can make sure it feels like a good fit for dogs and people.

Twenty years of learning—with dogs as my best teachers.
I’m Laurent. For 20 years, I’ve been learning from dogs—through thousands of walks, books, classes, courses, and awards. But the dogs have taught me the most.
What I’ve learned from them has changed the way I live. I’m grateful to every dog in the group and to the wonderful people who trust me with them. Over the years, I’ve been very lucky to help so many families give their dogs a fuller, happier day outside.
Every group is built thoughtfully, so each dog can feel comfortable, known, and excited to head out.

Laurent has been caring for our Golden Retriever, Piper, for about ten years. We feel so fortunate to have found Laurent: Piper gets the exercise, enjoyment, and socialization she needs, along with thoughtful guidance that has helped with a few of her bad habits.
We have been using LeWoof for over 10 years and are extremely happy with Laurent’s service. Our three dogs are walked at least three times a week. Laurent is tremendous with our boys—kind, patient, and consistent—and they really love him. The socialization they gain as part of his pack is invaluable and has helped with their day-to-day behaviour. We trust him implicitly.
